You probably have a UTI(urinary tract infection), or a yeast infection. I would go to the doc, and you'll have to do a urine test. Worst case is some antibiotics.
Here are the home remedy options:
You can buy vaginal cream, or cortizone cream if you have it at home.
Go to the doc, cause if it is a UTI or even a bladder infection, it can weaken your ability to retain urine.

you may be sufferning from thrush or cystitus sounds more like cystitus this is a bladder infection drink plenty of water and go see your doctor to be sure
Well if you have been sexually active lately weather its intercourse or oral sex you could have cought a STD or maybe a urinary tract infection. But whatever it is you should go to the doctors and have them check you out. It really sounds like you have something. They're the experts so they will help you out and recomend medications to cure whatever it is you have.
