My girl is having veginal pains, any doctors that can help?!

Question: so starting on sept of 07 my girl started having vaginal pains during sex and she didnt want to go to the doctors because she was embarrased, so jan of this year she went and they took x-ray and ultrasounds of the area, they did a swab to try to find any bacteria, nothing and nothing showed, she takes birth control but it never affected it before maybe that has a link to it, but why after so long, any clues on what could be happening she isnt too happy at the doctor because she thinks that the doctor thinks that she has it all in her head but she claims that it cant be all in her head because she does want to be sexually active, we havent been since and we are both going insane, please help, thank you!!!!

If I were her, I'd go to a different doctor to get a second opinion. Good luck!

She she see her gyn. This could be a semi serious problem. Having sex with your partner should not cause severe pain.

Get a second opinion.
Have you tried a lubricant?
