depends where it is if it is on the right lower side it could be your adomen! see a doctor if that is where it is
mostly like gas pain or period cramp also if u have eaten anything abnormal such as spicys that can cause some sharp pain in ur stomach
how old are you, are you a teen....if so your period might be the problem, ur stomach is in between your ribs to the bottom a little, so it probably is not that, female issues
if its on your lower right stomach - appendix
