it depends on where the pimples are. As some of the other members have mentioned it could be blocked hair folicles, or blocked pores (molluscum). Yes they hurt like mad and some will go away by them selves others cry out to be 'popped'. They are not just a thing of the young and either you are prone to them or not. Mention it to your doctor next time you see her, she might prescribe you some creams which may help. Other methods, yes this is going to sound gross, is the needle and squeeze method.

cream...

It could be an infected hair follicle............. if it happens too often you could go visit your GP incase you need an antibiotic to get rid of the bacteria infection.

its probably a cyst...or an ingrown hair{especially if you shave}...its nothing to worry about...

as far as i know you either CAN'T get rid of them, or they go away in time... or just hurt really bad when you try to pop them...
so... but I had similar and it went away, I was a teenager.

do you shave down there? if you do, ingrown hairs can occure and they look like pimples.

Well, if it is where your hair grows it is most likley an ingrown hair. So, no worries. They pop on their own. if they really hurt and they are like pimples and not ingrown hairs then try antibacterial soap. I have heard of girls having problems with certian soaps and such. if you have hair and you sweat its bound to be a problem.
Neutrogena makes a good bar soap.

Probably an ingrown hair from shaving

From wearing tight underwear your hair follicles chafe between your legs and become infected.
Cure;
1) Use a cream that would aid skin healing down there.
2) Wear only loose fitting underwear
3) do not wear tight fitting denims or slacks for a while
4) Sleep without underwear for a while
5) Do not shave down there for a while

Don't worry... Do u shave you vagina? Its probably a cyst or a in grown hair. All u need to do is keep the area clean and apply some over the counter medication

Ask for medical advice from your GP or a good dermatologist.

It could be a yest infection go to see your Doctor or Nurse at the surgery
