No, they can't tell from your urine. You should be honest with your doctor, though. S/he will probably ask straight out because it's very common to get UTI when sexually active.

In the future, be sure you pee as soon as you finish with intercourse. It helps flush out any bacteria that was pushed into your urethra. The sooner you do this, the less time it has to grab hold in the lining of your urethra. Then drink lots of water so you continue to pee and flush.

Good luck!

no, unless you have an STD

No don't think so but that is a question they probably will ask you! Drink lots of water and cranberry juice and see if that helps. Sometimes you just have to give in and go to the Dr.

The only way a urine would tell someone if you are sexually active if there is sperm in it. A physical exam would show you to be active; however, you right to privacy and confidentiality at the doc's would not allow them to tell your parents anyway.

I'm not sure but you can't hide things from your parents forever until you're grown and independent from them.

No they can't but the UTI might have occurred because of you being sexually active, so they will ask. Happened to me a month or so ago. Just make sure you go. Untreated UTI's can turn into more serious infections..

no, virginity or having an intact hymen does not show up in a urinalysis but urinary tract infections are frequently caused by sexual intercourse and your doctor will ask you if you have had sex, in order for you to recieve the proper treatment you should be honest just mention that you want him or her to respect your right to patient confidentiality and it shouldn't be a problem and you can get the care you need.

The only way a Dr. can tell if you have been sexually active from your urine is if you test positive for a STD or a pregnancy test.

Not from the urine --- but sperm have a distinctive smell. If you are active everyone that examines you may know --- A UTI normally is evidenced by painful urination, possible blood in the urine, brown urine etc.... Gonnorea mimics a UTI frequently. Probably if you wish to hide your actions - you would be better off not doing it. Especially when you wish to hide from those who care the most for you.
