You need to go the doctor. You do not have mold growing. It's a fungus that can occur for many reasons, and it is not as uncommon as some might think; and girls as well as boys can have this happen. However, it sounds as if you have a fungal rash in which you need an ointment such as Nystatin to help clear it. This is available via prescription only.
Make certain you practice proper hygiene, even around your penis, scrotum and if you're not circumsized; make certain you pull the foreskin back and wash thoroughly in that area as well.
