Why do I crave chocolate??!
Question: I love chocolate too much, seriously, today I was pissed at one of my guy friends and two hours later he buys me a bag of Dove chocolates! And I 4get I was pissed at him! Do I have a zinc deficiency or something? How can I not crave chocolate...?

chocolate is good, ok. It's pretty normal to like chocolate. Now, if you only eat chocolate, that's bad. Eat other things, and don't go overboard.

Eating Cocolate releases the same chemicals that being in love does, in your brain. Its basically like being in love while eating it ^.^
