Question: Well, in my today I found some brownish discharge in my underpants. Is this spotting?
Also, when I got my first period, it looked more of a dark rust colour. Is that normal?

yes, this is your period, mine always has that color, basically anything thats red to brown that come out of your you kno what is your period. Sometimes it may vary on thickness and color, but brown discharge can still be your period.
Hi, if you are finding brown spotting or discharge after your main days of your period that is completely normal. People due tend to get that after the last couple days of loosing a lot of blood on the other days. It is just a way of saying to your body 'I am almost over yay!' Hope this helps:)...don't worry about it. It is completely normal. Oh yea and congrats on getting your period and welcome to the world of women lol...

brown signifies old blood,the darker the color,the older the blood.its just spotting from ur last period.its totally normal!
