Can dogs tell when a girl had her period?!
Question: I friends on her period, and my dog tends to smell.. there.. more then my friend who isn't. Can they tell? Sorry if I sound stupid =/ lol.

I can tell by the way my dog acts when my period is about to start. I had my tubes tied years ago, and now that I'm getting older, my periods aren't regular. But my dog knows. Once I accused him of being wrong because I thought it was too early. But of course, he was right--again.
I told my doctor that my dog predicts my periods and he said that a lot of his patients tell him the same thing.
Now, if only I could get my dog to predict the lottery numbers.
You don't sound stupid. Yes, animals, especially, can tell because they have a very strong sense of smell.

Yes, because dogs have very strong sense of smell.
I think so because I do home health and the lady that I sit with have two dogs ,and as soon as I walked in the door the dog was all in my crotch.I told a friend and they said they can smell it.
