try mixing some powdery laxitives with milk, juice or water. Take the drink every hour, you should be going in about 5 hours then.

Couple suggestions for you, try a rectal enema, which you can purchase at the drug store, you kind of have to maneuver a bit to get it in there( you know where i mean) and then you wait a few minutes and it stimulates the colon forcing you to have bowel movement, just so you know this isnt exactly pleasant, and it will make your legs and stomach hurt like hell for a few minutes, but it works!!! or there is also a drink in the laxative aisle of the drug store, it comes in a glass bottle, i cant remember the name of it, but it is lemon lime and tastes like sour sprite, this also encourages you to poop...hope this helps.

you are just constipated! for your digestive system to run properly, you need about 30 grams of fibre per day and 6 glasses of water. :)

drink more water and eat foods with more fiber. or you could even take some metamucil or drink some prune juice to get things moving.

try natural remedies first before laxatives, as these can mess up bowel movements even more and can be unpleasant/ painful (i have never used them but I am guessing so).

Don't eat any stodgy food. Eat lots of fibre (bran, vegetables, fruit). In particular dried apricots, grapes, pears and plums are good fruits. Eat wholemeal bread, not white. Drink LOADS of water, as this helps bowel movement and i have heard that prune juice is amazing to help constipation.

Eat foods low in GI (look this up on google)

Epsom salts in warm water it tastes discusting but it will blow your socks off. Make Sure you haven't got to go any where as you will be on the loo for hours.

I have this problem all the time. FIBER...FIBER...FIBER is what I can say. I have been taking 6 Metamucil a day. Eating Fiber 1 in the morning and drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. It' been working gradually. Also I have been drinking a strong green tea after my meals. That should get ya going. Good Luck...

This might sound gross but try prune juice, cranberry juice, or healthy foods such as bran cereal,oatmeal, cheerios,etc . The reason prune and cranberry juice is suppose make regular but if you do try this make sure you don't go out for a while because it will make you go to the restroom quick.
Try the prune juice first because it works better (or quicker)but if you do not like prune juice try cranberry juice b/c it will also work.The reason you should try healthy foods such as bran, oatmeal, fruits (such as banana, apple, etc.) broccoli and other vegetables can help you be regular because it cleans all the toxic waste in your system, and in addition of course its healthier for you.
