That all could be playing a factor in why your sex drive is low. Any medications could be it too like birth control if that is playing a role. Stress may be the source of your lack of sex drive - I assume you smoke because of the stress.
You can consider talking to a doctor about your problems and see if they can prescribe something to manage this problem, if it is hormonally induced.
I hear ya!! I have 2 young children and I am exhausted. My sex drive sounds like yours! I would make an appointment with your ObGyn and explain to them your symptoms. I did with mine..... and since we are exhausted being moms, etc.....we need more stimulation and if our estrogen is low....they can help with that as well. Good luck you :)
