Why cant I put a tampon in?!

try tamax pearl, there easier to put in...
just relax, after a few periods youll get better at it.
read the instructions, maybe your doing something wronge...
post again if your still having issues with it, maybe i can think of something more...

the instructions on the inside of the box are really helpfull. The best thing to do is relax your vaginal muscles! that really helps me! also when inserting it , point the tampon toward your lower back, NOT straight up.
relax your muscles and try again. if it doesnt work, put some lubricant like ky on the tip and that should help.. if not, then make sure ur standing correctly, like stand with you back straight, one foot on the toilet seat etc

relax. think peaceful thoughts like a daisy in a field of color....idk just think of something nice. spread your legs or even put a foot on the toilet seat. gently push the tampon up at about a 40 degree angle. it will make you feel uncomfortable but keep pushing really gently. unless it's unbearable pain then don't stop until either the end of the applicator or your fingers touches your vagina. then push the tampon out of the applicator n pull the applicator out. breathe breathe breathe while doing all of it (it helps relax your muscles) good luck!
