Probably your period, one time my friend's boobs got so sore that she had to shove wet tissue down her bra before we went on stage hahaha, never had the experience though...
If you are on birth control, that may be the cause. Otherwise you may be pregnant, or if you are nursing that is normal. You need to explain more, if you are pregnant, nursing, or on birth control. It may just be PMS.
