I always wake up in the middle of the night because i become real hot?!
Question: i will always wake up in the middle of the night at about two or three in the morning feeling really hot.i wont go back to sleep until about six or seven,and i will sleep all day.i hope it is probably my depo and not pregnancy.this happens every night i get restless.it might be a sideffect from the depo.

If I were you, I would first break this whole sleeping all day thing. You've got your whole body clock messed up so who knows what else that is affecting. Tonight when you wake up, just get up out of bed and go do the dishes, laundry etc. Maybe doing that for a short while will be enough to let you go back to sleep but you need to set an alarm so you don't sleep all day.
Also, unexplained night sweats are a symptom for some pretty awful diseases so you might want to let your doctor know about this.
It may be, but you also get a heat flash type thing when you have the flu or if your about to start your period.
Maybe u need a guy??
Maybe your not getting enough exercise during the day. Well, I guess for sure your not, if you say you sleep all day! lol
Try not sleeping all day! Keep yourself moving.
Change the hours when you go to bed. Sleep with the windows cracked open for fresh air.
If it's a side effect, report it to your doctor if it presists after about 2 weeks. Nite sweats are common with alot of different medications and drugs.
How old are you. You could be starting menopause.
