Saturating a pad and needing to change a pad are two different things. Saturation usually means that it has absorbed as much as possible and cannot absorb more without leaking. I would think this would be a question related more to tampon use than pads, since none of us wait that long to change our pads.

How often is it so full that you need to change it?

Not that you should wait that long anyway, but it sounds like the gyno wants to know how heavy your flow is.

When it is full of blood and you need to change it.

it means that the pad is so full of liquid it can't retain anymore.

When it's soaked.

Like how long you can wear one before needing to change it.

How often doesyour period completely fill up the pad or tampon.

fill it when menstrating

it means how often do you bleed all the way through/completely fill it with blood

How often do you need to change it?

They are trying to determine the flow of your menses -- how often do you have to change whatever it is you use.

how often probably in a day do you need to change. probably they want to know how heavy u are!

i think!

xx

its full of of blood and you need to change it.

it is pretty much asking how heavy your flow is.

hope it helps:)
