Can you breastfeed after a boob job?!
Question: Hey, Ive just had a crazy thought but would really like to have breast implants as Im only a 32B and even those bras seem a little big, However I will be wanting more children in the future, would it be wiser to wait until after having all my children? I'm only 19 at the moment and wont have anything done to me until atleast 21 as i suppose I might grow? Ive had one baby and my boobs went up to a 40DD so have a few stretch marks, can these be hidden by some form of laser treatment when I have had a children? As they arent fading too well and bio oil does nothing for me!!

Probably not as boob jobs are unnatural and mess about with the body.
Yes you can breast feed after a boob job. The implant is inserted underneath the pec muscle and hence also the breast tissue.

I would wait till you're done having kids, that way the pregnancy doesn't affect them, then get some big knockers and go into porn! lol! Heck you could even do porn while you're preg with 40DD's holy crap that's huge!
