Is there any way to get rid of belly fat?!

Question: I'm a thin person in general, but in my family we all have a gut. Lol... It's not that bad, but a lot of girls my age (22) have that a nice flat tummy with no rolls, even girls who are otherwise fatter and bigger than me. My tummy of course doesn't have rolls when I'm standing up but it poofs out a bit. I eat healthy food and don't even have junk food in my house. I have tried running every day (about two to three miles) to cutting out dairy products to walking a few miles every evening to doing hundreds of situps every day... The only time I didn't have a lot of bellyfat was before eighth grade. I think it got globbed on there because of stress honestly, but now that I'm no longer stressed it doesn't want to leave... Even after bootcamp my tummy was flabby. There are muscles under there somewhere though. Hiding.

*frowny face*

What makes it worse is I'm a medium height person (5'7 and 133 pounds or so) but my bone frame is very small so I really don't carry extra weight well.

I feel the same exact way! Only I'm 14. My family is all very skinny but we all have roundish tummys. I found a few ways to try to lose belly fat that I've been trying.
- Jump rope for 35-40 minutes. You'll burn over 400 calories!! Most coming from ur tummy!
-Try doing aerobic exercises for an hour every other day
-Try weight training twice a week for a while

i hope this helped and good luck finding a way to lose belly fat!
also, try google to look for more ways to lose belly fat!!
