Is this common? My girlfriend claims she has orgasms in the middle of the night !

Question: This is a weird question, but I am at work and bored. My girlfriend has told me on a number of occaisions that she has woken up in the middle of the night and had an orgasm several hours after we have had sex. Just want to know if this is a common occurence since I had never heard of this before.

Thanks in advance.

Yes women can have orgasms in their sleep. It is kind of like a man having a wet dream, but women can have an orgasm in their sleep without the "mess". I think it has to do with your brain. During R.E.M sleep the brain checks different organs in the body to make sure everything is working properly and if anything needs adjustments or repairs. Also, a woman can have an arousing dream or already be aroused before they go to sleep(like in your girl friends case).
Hope this answers your question.

its normal
i wouldn't worry about it
unless she is in pain or anything out the ordinary i wouldn't worry to much about it

Its possible because you can get aroused in your sleep without knowing it.

lol..nah it aint nuthin she prolly jus thinkin bout how gud u is lol idk1!

yes.. so normal. I want that to happen to me every night. ahaha.. but it only happens once in a while. It is called wet dreams...

This is totally normal. She most likely fell asleep while having an orgasm which caused this. Nothing serious, at all.

yep its normal i do it all the time
