Somthing I don't understand...?!

Question: How is it that a woman can be pregnant and still have their period? Like it's a universal sign that if you are late or missing periods you are likely to be pregnant. So what makes the situation different for the woman who still get their period?

Is it common for a woman to have regular periods while pregnant? What are the odds?

Thanks

When a woman gets pregnant it is very rare, like extremely rare, that she gets her period. If this situation so does occur it is either light spotting or irregular in some way, shape, or form. It is mostly bleeding while pregnant. It is not necessarily in the first stages of pregnancy either.

usually if you are pregnant and have your period it isnt a good sign.

there is such thing as implantation bleeding

when a girl is pregnant and is bleeding it should not be like a regular period at all, and she should go to the doctor becuase none of the lining of her uterus should be shedding if it is supporting a baby.

i have heard of one true story .

this girl had sex with her now ex BF. she was fine and got on with life. her stomach is completely flat so it didn't even crossed her mind if she was pregnant or not. she got all her periods on time , but she was noticing her bum was getting bigger . with in 3 months her bum went from a size 10 to a size 16 . her mum said u just have a black girls bum. so she left it . but her bum kept growing and her stomach stayed flat , and all her periods came on time.

so her backside grew a bit more until she hit the 9 monther. she went to the bathroom and out popped onto the floor a baby boy. her mum ook her to the hospital her and the baby were fine . apparantly her baby was growing inside her back pelvis bone, so thats why she didnt have a huge stomach.

her bum shrank back from a size 18 to a little size 10

so anything can happen , weird aye

It's actually very common for a woman to continue to bleed after being pregnant. But it's not a true period. Period means that the lining has shed and you are 'bleeding' it out. If you are pregnant, this lining is currently in use. Bleeding while you are pregnant is called decidual bleeding.
