Am i eating too much or not healthy enough?!


Question: I'm 14, 155.5 lbThe past 3 weeks i have cut down my food intake and i lost 5.5 lbs. But saturday i started a diet where i am eating healthier. is this healthy or am i eating too much.
Breakfast- a small bowl of curves whole grain crunch with a banana and a few raisens in the cereal.
snack- a few wheat thins(about 160 calories) or a special k 90 calorie granola bar.
lunch- what they have at my school but maybe healthier. for example-if have pizza i get the pizza with brocolii and chicken on it)
afternoon snack to tide me over till dinner- a few wheat thins OR banana/apple.
dinner- w/e my mom makes but small portions and more vegetables.
i am drinking more water, i dont have many junk foods. i might have french fries at lunch time but not all of them. and for exercise i would usually go outside and play with neighbors for 1-3 hours (running,basketball) when it rains I go on tredmill to walk/jog a mile. but it only takes me 20 min. should i walk till 30min? am i eating to much? plz?

you sound to be eating the right amount of food, but maybe i wouldn't eat a morning and afternoon snack. just one or the other. your getting alot of fruits and veggies and not alot of fats and calories.you should exercize 1 hour daily, but all the walking and activites you do during the day count to! hope i helped!!!!

Thats pretty good. Just make sure to exercise.
