Most likely it is an ingrown hair, but there is a possibility it is some sort of genital wart. It would be a good idea to get it checked out by the doctor so it doesn't get any worse. And if it is an ingrown hair, have the doctor check it out and give you advice so it doesn't get infected.
ingrown hair i would say...tis is an odd question but do you shave cause if you do then it is ingrown hair...

Could be a bacterial infection of a hair follicle. If it doesn't go away or start to get better in the next few days you should get it checked out. Especially if you've had unprotected sex recently.

It could well be an ingrowing hair, especially if you do shave regularly. As hard as it is, try not to itch it as that could aggreviate it further. As embarrassing as it may seem, maybe you should consult your doctor to be on the safe side and get an exact diagnosis.
