Can anyone explain what is happening to me?!

Question: Hi I am 18 years old and I have been taking birth control for 4 years. Many different types and I have never had the things that are happening to me happen before. First off the entire week before my schedualed period I had a lot of clear discharge and mucus, then when I was supposed to have my period I had brown blood this has never happened to me before. On my period I have a really heavy flow and have cramps so bad I have to have a perscription to help the pain. Well this time that was not the case. I didn't have any cramps but one day I had a pain like someone was stabbing me directly in my uterus.

sorry to hear about that. Have you spoken to your mum or a sister about it? Obviously you need medical advice as well but in the meantime it would be helpful if a female could advice you. Also if you don't want to see your GP straight away, call the NHS helpline.

Your obviously a slapper

If your on a new pill you might be having a reaction to it. I have had something like that before. I kept getting proper labour contractions but no baby. They just changed the tablets and all was fine.
