It's ok, don't let your period hold you back on your daily activities.
Anyways, it is better that you are active, because in being active cramp pain is usually softer.
Your PERIOD does not stop in water, hopefully you wore a tampon and did not contaminate the pool. Report It

    just use a tampon just in case. But you should be fine! Just get out if you feel like you have started! But if you are not going for long then I'm sure you will be fine!

    Dont use a tampon, its bad for you unless you see blood. If you feel something come out, THEN go use a tampon
    Just wear a tampon-- I've done it before and nothing leaked; all was good :).
    put a pad in your underwear and hope that when you go swimming your period dosnt start....

    DONT wear a tampon till you know your period has begun....
    That can cause TSS ...

    Maybe you should just use a tampon for tonight, just to be sure.
    You probably wont, but if you dont you will be really nervous and wont enjoy it at all, so just wear a tampnon and all shoul be fine =]
