What is the difference between maxi pads and ultra thins??!
Question: ok so i've been wondering wut the difference is, i play sports so i want to know which type of pad is best and why? which one feels better? and i also want to knwo which is the best brand i use always but it really sucks cuz at night i still leak (i use wings) plz help me with this.
also which tampon is the one that opens up like a flower?

Maxi pads, I believe are longer and a lot thicker, for heavy flows.
Ultra thins, are shorter and thinner for a lighter flow.
I say for sports use a Maxi Pad cause with me while I'm excercising that's when it leaks the most.
At night, buy the overnight pads, they're long and wide (they don't feel or look like a diaper) and they prevent a lot od accidents.
i play sports to i use playtex sport n its good.
also try using an overnight pad or heavy pad when u sleep and see what happens theres nothing u can do about those overnight leaks its just cause u fidget and move around.
maix is thivker and big, and ultra thins and thin and usally long. for me the best name brand is always. i am a cross country runner, and when i run wiht my period it stops, but right after it comes pouring down. thats wh yi use maxis when i run. hope i helped and good luck with your period and with your sports : )
