a few years ago there was a woman who wanted to do the same thing . and she got this suction cap thing . she put it on her boobs every night, all night and it would encourage her boobs to grow/ enlarge. it worked but it was very expensive .
if you want to reshape yours just dont worry about it , you might be still growing and it will work out for you someday.
just wear a underwire bra and chicken fillets to give them some shape.
