Question: Every now and then i get a sharp shoot pain, it starts where my heart is and it shoots all the way down m back.
But this only happens when i breathe in deepy.
what could be the cause of this? might it be serious?

This could be many things so you really should see your doctor. Many people who have acid reflux describe what you are experiencing. The pain can become so terrible in your back. Or.... you may have pulled or strained a deep muscle in your back or chest. This can be very painful and last for a long time. Chronic pain is very difficult to handle alone. I have had both. Either way, see a doctor and good luck!

you might have upper respiratory infection seek medical care for anti biotics
Ehh, How often does this happen? Could it be heartburn? I would keep an eye on it & if it happens more frequently then i would see your doctor.
