girl i have always wanted to try those things and it sounds way stupid but its like i need a visual aids i need pic i do not know if i put it in right cause it hurts . they makes them seem like "hey i can ride a horse" bullshit. so i need help .

Go ask your mother.

If the super fits perfectly and makes you feel comfortable then just use the super. There's nothing wrong with using super instead of regular, everyone's different.

You're not doing anything wrong. Every girl is different. You vagina may be just a little more wide set. Use what's comfortable. Regular doesn't mean "normal" at all, so don't go by that. Use what you like.

No I don't think so . size is about the absorbing power

if you're doing it the same way for both of them, that should be fine...although I really don't know why a bigger size should be *more* comfortable for you. But they advise you on wearing the size that's suitable for your flow...aka don't wear supers all the time!
congrats on using tampons...they're amazing!

i took me a long time to get good at tampons. it was probably just luck. sometimes you get it good and sometimes not. when the tampon is still in the barrel put it in really far like all the way thats how you get it in far enough and it took me a few months to actually figure that out!! good luck hope this helps!!

You seem to be inserting the tampons in properly, but be sure to have the right angles when you do. Make sure the tampon is slanted at a 45 degree angle when putting it in. If your doing everything correctly then it may just be the size of the tampon that is a little too big for you. Just remember to do the angle properly and don't rush when inserting it. Hope this helps.

k8kat is right. in the beginning, it's hard to get a sense of what's right and what's not.

but after some practice you will be fine!!

sometimes the size is a factor, but usually it's just the way it goes in.

I would research tampons on the web (tampax.com seems like a good resource), but I can't find much on instances where the larger one was more comfortable than the smaller ones (usually girls have it the other way around). I do have one friend that says she always uses super-plus tampons and any less is just never enough. It might just have to do with your particular vaginal shape and your menstral flow. Don't stress it. Use what's comfortable, but always aim to use the lowest absorbency possible, and change the tampon often.

You should try Tampax Pearl. Before these came out I was using all the other brands and kinds of tampons and I always had problems with them and they werent ever comfortable. But after trying Tampax Pearl I was so comfortable. I never had any problems with them and they work great. You should give them a try.

I would suggest trying a brand that has a plastic applicator as it is easier or smoother to insert in to your Virgina than the cardboard applicators.

NOTE it is very important to read the insert that comes in your box of Tampons to educate your self on Toxic Shock. No tampon is meant to be worn with out being changed often through out your day. Do your research knowledge is power.
