I NEEEED to gain more weight?!
Question: I eat so much and i don't gain any weight
and when i do it's all in my stomach area
im so sick of people telling me how skinny i am
please help me gain weight :(

I know EXACTLY how you feel, peple tell me im sooo skinny, wish I could be like you. Then I say I want to gain a little more weight and they say, what? Same here. people always say'' your so skinny, i wish i could be like you!'' but NEED more weight. It's just last we have a high metabolism. So read the article that the first person posted, that looks good. Eating lots of calories is good.
i have the same problem...all the weight goes to my stomach instead of everywhere else!!! nd people are like im so jealous of you ughhhh!!!!
just keep eating healthily and tone your stomach by doing sit ups or something =)
its just the way you were born! high metabolism
