Period Panic...?!
Question: I really need help.
Im going on holiday to Gran Canaria on saturday.
I have been on my period for 3 weeks and 2 days.
I dont really want to use tampons as im only 14.
Any thing i could do or take to make them stop?

Aw hun, this isn't brilliant is it? I know your'e only 14, but three weeks for a period is not normal. You can be any age to wear a tampon, but I appreciate your apprehension. Talk to your mum or the doctor, maybe the contraceptive pill is an option to regulate your period, not for the obvious as you are way to young. Aside from that, there's nothing else that will stop them. Good luck x
go to the doctors so they can get you something to calm it down for now.
having your period for more than 10 days no matter what is not normal and you should consult a doctor about it.
It's not normal to have a period that long, you need to go to the doctor who can at least give you a pill to stop you having it while on holiday.
Also, why not tampons ? There's not an age limit on them, they don't take your virginity and it really doesn't hurt once you get it right. The advantages of them are endless.
