Nutrition?!

Question: During my menstruation, I find it that I don't eat very often. The only thing I really eat is chocolate. I mean, I know it's weird but It's truly the only thing I eat. Fluids, Water && Gatorade. I don't know why, but when I do have my period, I feel like throwing up, if I have any dairy products. My mom said that this is the time when I should feed myself appropriately the most, [ she doesn't live with me- I'm 19, and she told me this] because this is when the body is losing the most energy. So what do you suggest? What foods should I eat during my menstruation? && is it strange that I crave chocolate?

You're a woman, it's never strange to crave chocolate!!!!!
You should make sure that you're getting enough iron and protein since you are losing blood (albeit a small amount). You can get the iron and all of your essential vitamins in an over-the-counter multivitamin (just make sure it has iron- like a prenatal vitamin).

Good Luck!

You should stick to fruits, veggies, meats(fish, chicken, hamburger, Steak etc.) and water! It's pretty simple and easy to remember any fruit and any veggies it's perfect! The fact is that dairy does upset the stomach and shouldn't be eaten when you are sick or anything like that so i think you should just stick to these 4 categories! Good luck and i also think that if your frying anything like fish or anything you should use Lou Ana coconut oil (doesn't taste like coconut Lol) It can be heated to high temperatures and not be harmful to your body!! I also advise you to pick out fruits and veggies that are rich in color cause it has more antioxidants and vitamins! Also vitamin C and midol works wonders!

P.S. Water helps:

Get Healthy Skin
Flush Toxins
Reduce Your Risk Of Heart Attack
Cushion And Lube Your Joints And Muscles
Get Energized And Be Alert
Stay Regular
Reduce Your Risk Of Disease And Infection
Regulate Your Body Temperature
Burn More Fat And Build More Muscle and so much more!

Good luck!
