How likely is it that a boob job can go terribly wrong?!

Question: who out there has had a boob job in the uk? what company did you go with and where they any good? I want to know honestly how painful it is?

I am very small made, but i have a good shape overall except i have NO boobs i mean A cup and the shape is horrible like droopy cos i have no fat underneath. My mum was a model and my aunts have big boobs and they keep saying things like "dont know what happened to you". I wore a dress one day and i was wearing a bra under it and my friend said i should take it off (straps were showing) so i did. She looked at me and went "oh dear" and i get this look from every one. My X likes big boobs, but said my bum was great but i know in his head he was really disappointed when i took my bra off for the first time (i wear padding). I have alot of friends who used to go on about how fat they were ect. I used to love my body but these friends i had who were over weight used to go on at me that i was too skinny and had no boobs, i know its a joke

1] how old are you? How much do you weigh?
2] look up websiteswith before and after pics, then botched plastic surgery pics
3] ask around at the gym or wherever and get some good references for docs - ask to see his/her before and after pics
I know just how you feel - was 110 and an A, went up to almost 200 and a B - NOT in proportion at all!
Then had breast cancer, had mastectomy, and was actually CONCAVE!
I have had friends with augmentations and friends with reductions - some had no probs, some minor probs, a few infections - but all were happy with end results. [ everyone seems to end up a C ]
I am getting in shape, losing weight, and going to get reconstruction soon - yay! [ maybe a B or a C...]

First of all, don't worry about what your ex thinks. Never do anything to yourself physcially for anyone else, do it for YOU. Personally, I don't think petite women look right with boobs (no matter how small you get em') because they do look plastic-like. Sorry I'm being honest. I don't live in the UK so i won't be able to tell you, so sorry I'm not answering your questions. I've seen even celebrities (who mind you, have the best plastic surgeons in L.A. working on them) who are small framed and their boob jobs looks terribly fake..I just don't know why society and men enjoy plastic toys on a women's chest...that's just my opinion (and I'm pretty open minded to plastic surgery, my sister had a boob job done)...petite women shouldn't get big boobs, they look out of place.

In my opinion, they go wrong 100% of the time cause I don't think they're bad.

Yes, they can go horribly wrong.
Boob jobs are only another form of self-mutilation.
AND YOU ARE WORTH SO MUCH MORE THAN THE SIZE OF YOUR BOOBS.
