Yes. Stress can do so many powerful things to your body because it is so powerful! Try and unstress. Rest--are you getting 8-9 hours of sleep at night? Are you in college or working a stressful job? Make sure you are eating right and working out regularly. Try some nice warm baths and a calm book. Light some scented candles and put on some calm music and RELAX. Maybe see a dr about some medications because the amount of stress you must be under can NOT be good for your nervous system or heart. Please try and de-stress and if that does not work see a dr. because there are many many things they can do.

Oh for your work out try yoga I hear that is amazing for stress relief!!

Hope this helps!!! :)

it might be stress of it might just be the way that you was suppose to be when you were born,

Stress and other things can delay a period, 2 months is quite a while!! Talk to your doctor it maybe something else..

omg i was going to ask that lol
i dont know like in 4th grade i got my period and it was regular untill 6th grade and i havent had it since! im not pregnat either im to young for that!

yeah it could be do to stress

I certainly hope so, i am 18 and haven't had mine in 3 months, i am def not pregnant, gave ya a star!! God Bless

yeah i think so, my friend skips them sometimes and thats due to stress. although probs worth getting checked out if it happens regularly.

Definitely yes, stress can cause hormonal imbalance. But in your case, better see your OB- Gyne, 2mos is too long for a delayed period caused by stress.

yes, stress takes its toll on us

Yes stress can cause late or irregular periods. Sudden dramatic changes in diet can to.

Yes an overload or unusually high stress can cause a late period, I know a few females that this has happened to.

2 months?! thats not normal. have you stopped taking any form of BC lately? that can screw you all up. Or, one of your ovaries may not be producing eggs. I would get it checked out.

Yes, stress can cause irregular periods. And if you are only 13, it might be 2 or three years before you become regular. Don't worry about this. Worry compounds the situation. If you have any indications that you are about to start, use a pad. It is better to be safe than risk staining or worse yet, embarrassment. Relax, appreciate being a "budding" woman.
