Birth control, bad blood circulation, spider veins and carrot juice?!

Question: I've been on birth control for about 7 months and I've noticed my veins are very visible now and my fingers and toes are tingly and I get light headed. I'm guessing I have poor circulation because of the birth control. I do exercise but sometimes I can feel my blood going through my veins and my arm gets swollen for no reason. I'd rather not get off the birth control. Does anyone know if drinking carrot juice will help with that?

You should tell your doctor about your problem. Birth control does not cause poor circulation.

A swollen arm is a sign of a cardiac problem or allergic reaction.

See your doctor ASAP or go to the ER. I am not kidding.

i've never heard of anything like that. I'd talk to a doctor, bc shouldn't give you those type of side effects and they could be a warning sign of something else that's gonig on.
