Question: This question is just out of curiosity.
Lets say a 15 year old guy raped a 14 year old girl, how long would this guy go for jail for? And if she were pregnant, would he have to pay for the child, and could he vist his daughter/son.

That totally depends on the prosecutor and the judge. Since he would be a juvenile. The most (in my state) he could serve would be 180 days. The likelyhood that he would serve all 180 days at one time is slim.
He would have to register as a sex offender to the age of 21. He would have to attend sex offender treatment.
If he had a long history of offenses he might be committed to the state department of juvenile corrections for up to the age of 21. My experience is that most kids get through the treatment in state custody in a year or two.
He could be ordered to pay child support, but denied visitation. That is in a different type of court altogether though.
Jail time - depends
If there is a child involved, he probably would not be able to see the child. In which case I don't think he would have to pay any support or anything. I would think that his parental rights would be revoked. But I don't know.
I really think most of this would belong on a legal forum somewhere, Kelsey. The truth is, I'm not sure... and in most cases, it would "just depend". Depend on circumstances, locales, lawyers, God knows what else.

As both are minors probably no one would be put in jail. He might be put on probation and live in a more supervised home and have to report daily to a probation officer. In the Bible if the woman was raped in the city and she did not cry out for help then she was considered as guilty as the rapest. and shared his sentence, but if she did cry out for help then only the man was delt with. If he raped a virgin - he would be responsible for the children and could marry her if the parents conscented.. If he raped a wed women he would be stoned to death.
