Lose or gain?!
Question: i am 5'8 and i weigh 127, is that normal or do i need to lose some pounds? i am afirad to lose weight for i have very bony wrists, a boney collerbone and my ribs stick out a bit. My back digs into me so i don't know weither to lose weight or gain. Can anybody help me out. BTW, i'm 13 1/2 years old and i'm a female.

don't worry about your weight. Eat a nice healthy balanced diet, never miss a meal and do some form of exercise and you will never have to worry!
