The one that I know of gives the shot and pills but I'm not sure about the patch. Try Planned Parenthood, they'd probably give you whatever you'd like.

If you are in the USA, they give out all types of contraceptives. My state has a program called planned parenthood and they provide every type of birth control. They even pay for your exams by a doctor.
