I need some helppp!!!?!
Question: I can't poop. sorry i know you dont want to answer this but ive tried drinking alot and taking some pills and eating fruits and i havent pooped in 3 days and its realy hurting me now i dont have insurance so im not going to a doctor im down to using a suppository or enema which im scared of because i dont have the box so i ddont know how to use it and im quite scARED or using them anyone know anything else? or how to use the enema and will it hurt? i realy hate pain and i remmeber havin to take them when i was little and i would scream when my mom would give them to me. should i do it? should i let my mom do it? im a teen so that would be awkward but im in my early tteen years and my mom still thinks im a kid. the last time she gave me one i was 10.

Neither enemas or suppositories hurt, Pooping out a large piece of feces might be a bit uncomfortable though, but it won't kill you.
Constipation can be serious (cause your bowels to rupture among other things). Provided you are not suffering from an illness like appendicitis at the moment suppositories are a fairly safe and effective way to go. The suppository should be a stool softener and you put it in your bum only as far as your finger will go. Try and hold it in for a good 15 minutes. If you need a second suppository tomorrow than go ahead. It can only help.
People of all ages get constipated so don't be embarrassed; it happens.
definately talk to your mom about this problem, not having insurance isnt your problem to worry about-besides your health is more important than money. the pill will help you just stick it up and wait next to the toilet. Dont let this problem continue any longer if the constipation is starting to hurt you. Please seek professional help. Mothers do wonders!
