Vaginal discharge is completely normal! its when it gets stinky and discoloured that you need to worry.
i had extreme discharge, like a teaspoon - tblspoon aday and was real worried, not smelly or off color, normal white -clear no smell, went to the dr and found out this is completely normal, everyones different though. so some girls may not get any and some will get a tablespoon a day. this will also get worse or lessen before or after your period.
if it changes then get advice but dont stress, its normal.
to help use a panty liner. no not a pad or sanitary napkin, a liner. its not bulky and you can get some really thin ones were you cant feel its there. this will absorb all the discharge leaving you with clean underwear. just change twice or so a day and youll be fine.
Also only wear cotton panties, as synthetic or silk underwear can make it worse and only use soap when bathing, as the cleaners and washes that are on sale will only make it worse - the products say they will help but my dr told me to stay away!
