Question: For some reason I can never have an orgasm during sex. I've had sex plenty of times and most of you might say its because the guy doesn't know how to do it right but I honestly think its me. This is true that many women cant have orgasm easily. I think & strongly believe that there is nothing wrong with you. Just tell ur partner that women need time to get excited & spend more time in foreplay. Try doing new thing....like oral & all that. It might be mental... you may not truly want to be having sex with the people you are having sex with. Once you find a guy you really want to be having sex with it will happen for you.
I know of many women (like me) who do not have an orgasm during sex. I need stimulation to the clitoris. If you are able to reach orgasm through other ways, then you should encourage your partner to do those things to you. Vibrators are great too.
It is a difficult question to answer, maybe you are not relaxed enough when you are having intercourse and maybe you are not getting enough stimulation for a long enough period of time. There are people that never achieve orgasm. Do you take any medications for depression. There are some medications that can interfere and make it more difficult to reach climax. Try some different techniques during foreplay that will stimulate you more. Try using a vibrator. You could also see a sex therapist. Maybe you have some issues that you are not facing or are repressing that are causing the difficulty. Hope this helps.
