Oh crap, I don't know what to do? :(?!

Question: Last night I binged, I mean really did. Not as big as I usually do (I have a problem ._.) But big enough I guess.
I drank A LOOOOT of water, because that's usually what I do after I binge to keep from bloating.
I got on the scale today and it read 3 pounds heavier.
Ugh.
Is it just the extra water I drank?
Because I did pee a lot of it out this morning..

ha you probably just still have the weight on from the food
and it could be the water too
check the scale after you sh!t and then see :D

It's probably all of it together, the food + the water. Exercise, and it will come off easily. Don't binge hun, it isn't healthy.

I think what you're doing is unhealthy, but I won't lecture you. Yes the extra weight is probably just all the water you drank. Exercising should help you lose the water weight.

You can't introduce your body to a lot of calories at once.
Now that you will go back to normal eating, without binging, your weight will go down again...
If you decide to eat more, take in 200 calories extra every week. You'll body will get used to it, and your metabolism too...
It's partially the water you drank, but if you really feel bad, than just take a laxative (preferably natural).

Good luck!
