Clam down hunny, don't panic just be prepared, take your pads / tampons and wear them all weekend and then your be on the safe side.....also don't worry about being late aslong as your not sexually active then you know your not pregnant...your only 13 so being late isn't going to be a problem as its very normal because your period is very irregular for sometime so don't panic........

wear a pad at niht JUST IN CASE. Then you feel safe.

Just prepare yourself at night, as if you are already on.....
that way, you don't have to worry about any accidents!

Wear a pad when you go to bed. Then you won't have to worry.

just wear a light pad to bed and liners during the day as a just-incase measure, youll be fine :).

Stop obsessing about it. You can wear a thin pantyliner at night just in case it starts t make you feel more at ease.

Just wear a pad or pantyliner just in case. It's normal for younger girls to have irregular periods.

u should wear a pad just in case.....
if u just got ur period recently then u might be getting it again...
just wear a pad....scented once of course....
peace ?

Try a tampon maybe. If you havent tried one yet then try one. If you use a tampon then as soon as your ready to go to sleep then put it in. And dont sleep more than 8 hours because you want to change it right. Also, for even more protection, wear a tapon and a light little pad or something. How emabarassing would it be to have blood on someone elses bed. I meanm, what would you say. If you havent tried tampons then ask someone for advice on what to do with them,. I use tampons all the time, when i wear pads to be d or something i feel like im wearing a diaper.

When I started my first period at age 13 I was sleeping in the middle of the night and I started to notice a wet feeling in my underwear and that I had to go to the bathroom. I went to the bathroom and then noticed that I had started.

But in case it does come during the night when you may not know you can also have a towel underneath you when you sleep to catch any mess if it should end up heavy as well as a pad in your panties.

If you have other questions for me please feel free to e-mail or IM me off site any time.

protct yourself just incase

if its a good mate they wont give a ****

Erm to the genius people saying wear a tampon, are you serious? You cant wear a tampon unless you actually HAVE your period, not when your waiting for it, unless you'd like a nice dose of toxic shock syndrome. Great advice.

Just wear a sanitary towel, I think thats your best bet chick, I wouldn't risk a panty liner in case you come on heavy in your sleep, so you'll be fine! :)

You may just be getting pains from ovulating. That is bit before your period. If you are worried about it were a pantiliner though

Does your friend have any pads or tampons that she can lend you? Hun, whenever you go anywhere, make sure you always take your protection with you in your purse because you never know when you will get your period.
