Trying to get an energy boost?!

Question: --I am a 24-year-old female
--I have very slow metabolism and it's hard for me get myself motivated to do anything.
--I usually get enough sleep (although there's a chance it's not "good" sleep).
--I drink coffee in the morning, tea after lunch, and a beer or a glass of wine with supper
--I do 30 minutes of aerobics after work (but before supper) about 5 times a week.
--I take a women's once-a-day multivitamin and fish oil supplement
--I drink water throughout the day (anywhere between 40-80 ounces)
--I have mild anxiety/depression and I have been talking Zoloft for a couple of months, but haven't even worked my way up to what they consider a helpful dose yet

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can boost my energy levels?

Try taking B-Vitamin supplements. Red Bull Energy drinks are a good source of this, plus they have more caffeine than tea.

You are doing most things that you should do with following changes.

Glass of wine or beer replace it by glass of water slowly, once a week then twice a week, both in the amount you are consuming is good but you may have slight unnoticeable allergy or reaction to the Alcohol in them, or the amount of alcohol may be the cause for depression, people taking Zoloft must not take alcohol, check with the doctor and I hope doctor is doing blood work to adjust the dosage.

You are only 24, but switch to, "over 50" one a day tablets for female, it has few thing that can help you. Your weight should be per Body mass Index

Read my aticle. Try this things. They are included in the enclose articles.

Talk to your doctor about it for sure. It happens in some cases, need to adjust the dosage. Or change the type, or even stop.

Do not stop the treatment on your own but do add certain thing to your life style.

1. Go for a long walk on a tranquil path, or just any quiet street.
2. Get plenty of sun sines.
3. Have a list of thing to do, when an attack comes on, pick it up and engage yourself in doing some thing, it may be just Ironing a dress or polishing the shoes or any mild physical activity, go window shopping near by or walk to a library. Take a shower, or wash your head or soak your self in a tub.
4. Keep comedy (books, video, movie,) on handle to pick up and use.
5. Keep picture of happy event to look at.
6. See if you can come up with few thing to do say at least 100 of them keep adding from day to day and I am sure you will have so much to look forward to and so much to do that you will not have any time to feel depress.
7. ----------.

100. See what happens, please include on the list some cheerful person or the person that you like to talk to like grand ma, or grand father or a favorite aunt, Also include some goal to achieve and try to figure out how to go about achieving them.

By the time you complete the list the depression should be over.

Yoga is short for Yogic exercises.

It originated in India and it is has religious over tone at one time, people were interested in living good life in Harmony with nature and the religion, and in the process were trying to achieve salvation.

Russi-munises had their ways or methods, other group like Jogi had their method ....... and Yogi were following this method. To-day loosely known world over as yoga, they discover that, they were able to derive good benefits by holding certain position for few minute, and thinking nothing but of salvation, they found peace of mind in doing so and at the same time benefited physically. Some then stated experimenting, with deferent words or sounds found in nature, from the prevailing language(Sanskrit), the main sound used is the sound that you can here in certain places on earth it is a peaceful sound of the rotation of the earth, through the space, neglecting all other relative motions we, on earth, are moving at about 1076 miles per hour, there is a certain hum to it that sounds like "Oommm" this is the basic chant, done by students and the teachers of yoga, in so doing they got extra benefits of putting more air through the lungs, which in turn gave more oxygen to the body(brain) they realized mind clearing effects.

Some Yogi started doing Jup(repeating the words over and over again, like hail Mary prayers) they may hold a position and using a bead string say the same word over and over again, and when they are all the way around the rosary they may continue for few rounds of rosary and then take new position. The Hindus have 1001 names for the God, they may use " "Oommm" by it self or add usually Santy (it means peace, but they are praying or asking for peace of mind, body and soul). Some may use Isver (a name for god) with
