Question: ok i am flying home on monday with the 2nd day of my period - the heaviest and too top it off i have to wear my white skinnies home - i am too scared to put a pad and tampon in my bag incase a male searches it ..... what should i do?!?!?!

I fly a lot and its happened to me. Don't be shy about it. Its not like even if they do see it like they are going to whip it out head height and ring an alarm. As long as theres nothing in your bag to make them search it you're more than fine and they will most likely never know.
I'd rather be safe than sorry.. Also, if you have a shorter flight think of this: how many hours go between changing anyway? If its a 2 hour flight or less then change before you are on your way and then again once you're home or wherever it is you are going..
uhm just put it in your pocket OR just make sure you dont have anything in your purse that would make him search it. THINK about it. these guys are used to finding lady products in our purses. dont worry
i would just put it in ur bag but cover it up with a tissue or cloth or something and if they do see it its not like they will laugh or anything

there should be no reason to be scared about some guy seeing at pad and or tampon in your bag. you are a girl, well woman now, and everybody knows that women have a period. don't be embarrassed!
just put one in your bag they probably wont search it and if a guy does he will know what one is don't be embarrassed about it.
a grown up man knows all about periods. Its nothing to be ashamed of. Pads, tampons, liners. They're just a part of every girl's black hole of a purse, at least once a month.
When you are going through the line and they decide to search your bag tell them that you would prefer to have it searched by a woman. When you get to the screeners ask a woman to search your bag. Just tell her that you have women's stuff in there and you feel a bit awkward.
They don't care if they see it the man probaly would be embarressed because that's all he found in there
Who cares? He knows its apart of being a woman.
