Question: Unless it's a marriage of convenience, I would say it's a highly unusual arrangement to have. If there are medical reasons or other pertinent details that you are leaving out, then I would say that not making love to one's spouse for an extended period of time would cause some sort of rift. Again, my opinion is based on you not having left any (extenuating) circumstance out.

If this is a serious question then no, it is not okay. That would be grounds for divorce even after a year passed. This is assuming that you consummated the marriage. Try working things out. If not, then consider moving on.
When you marry someone, you are sharing the rest of your life with them. What if you want children and 30 years later your wife starts menopause. Sex doesnt mean you have to do it when your married, if you both agree on not making love for 30 years then do what you wish. But i would be scared that my husband would cheat on me becaus we hadnt had sex. So if she does, dont expect a surprise. She loves you, have sex please.. Wow..."have sex please"
