My husband and I just found out our baby had no heart beat Friday. I was a littl!

Question: miscarriages typically don't happen after 12 weeks, but unfortunately the baby just stopped developing. I had a d & c monday and am just wondering if anyone has experienced this. My first pregnancy i miscarried also but at10 weeks. They are doing a biopsy and we wont find anything out for another week. Any advice? I'm kinda numb from all of this and feel so alone like i will never succeed. Any words of advice would help. And by the way have no problem getting pregnant just keeping it I guess, they said they may send us to a geneitc counselor for precaustions. thanks

God will take care of you, i know it hurts and all you want to do is cry, because every time it feels like someone is ripping your heart out and expect you to still live.... but you do you live to try again, and try again until you get that baby that is created just for you, God don't bring us this far 2 leave us hanging, keep praying and I will pray for you too.

I am so sorry for you loss. I would just continue to go to the doctors and see what options they have for you guys.

I'm so sorry

I am sorry for you loss and Hope soon you can have a Healthy Happy Baby,Good Luck.

I am so sorry! That is such a hard thing to deal with. But do not feel bad many many women typically deal with this. Some just have a greater chance of miscarriage. It's going to take much time to get through this.Take it easy!

I'm so sorry.please don't feel alone lots of us have been in this position too.take all help offered you it all helps.keep talking to medical people friends and family it is a great healer.you're half way there because at least you can get pregnant.i wish you lots of good luck with future pregnancies.take care x

Hon I had a miscarriage at 16 weeks - the same thing the baby's heart stopped beating for some reason unknown to me even today. The good news is that I went on to have three perfect pregancies, two beautiful girls and one boy.
I always tell people to get the genetic testing done if they have had miscarriage. If the reason the fetus doesnt develope properly is genetic then you know why it happens. And you can decide what to do.
If the genetic test comes back without any "bad" news, and the autopsy says fetal heart failure talk with a fertility doctor.
They can give you a lot of information and may be able to help you conceive and carry a child.

fetal heart failure= they dont know know why the heart stopped.

I had three miscarriages. The first one I was 14 weeks. The second 12 weeks and the third was 12 weeks as well. The miscarriages was 6-7 months apart. I start having doubts, but after 1year of my last miscarriage I was pregnant again and had my son(4 years old). After my son I have 2 daughter and 2 and a 9 monthold. I guess it made up for the miscarriages had. Don't worry so much and just rest a whole lot. Good luck with your pregnancy!

I am so sorry for your loss. I think I would feel pretty numb too. Be gentle with yourself. Take things slow and easy for a time.

oh honey honey honey please dont ever give up hope. there are many people that miscarry all the time and still have three or four children in the end. there might be an easier answer than what there looking for such as your heart rate how has that been during your pregnancys? is it high or low? and in order for them to know you would have to take it simontaniously around the clock while pregnant to know. if your heart rate/blood pressure was off then your baby wouldnt get the porper amout of blood flow and oxygen which can cauase the heart to defect or completely stop.....because remember your body is your babys life line thats why you cant drink or take a lot of meds when carrying

an other simple option that doctors often miss with misscarrages is blood sugar levels if there off then it means so is your babys just like the deal with the heart rate what effects you effects your baby.

now if you dont have the old resluts or any thing to see if maybe that was the problem i want you to think back and try to remember

did your pluse ever feel strong or really weak?

did you faint or feel dissy?

do any of those conditions run in yours or the fathers family?

if you answerd yes than that could very well be the problem. doctors can miss these sysmtoms because you have to practically be at the hospital while expreancing the problem for them to catch it.

and also doctors tend to look for the more obserd answers like you were just saying about the genetists appointment. but to accerdit them on there part if they were to check the small things like that all the time it would be like them call a code blue for every little sniffle.

please dont give up what is ment for you will come in the right time and you shall see what i mean. give what i asked some thought and ask the doctor about it when you go back

some times though a persons body just cannot handle the strain of pregnancy....GOOD LUCK!! i wish you the best and send my blessing

melly

my sister had three miscariges one at 9 week one at 12 week and one at15 week.and went on to carry 4 healthy children after.so dont lose hope.good luck for the future.x.
