I had a sample (not from beinggirl and not requested) mailed to me and it came in the mailbox. I don't know how or why it was mailed to me after I was married. It came in a sample package that was see through and also coupons were inside it. It may say on beinggirl if it will come in a discreet package. You can always email them and ask that it be delivered to you only and have you sign it and not anyone else in your house but your mom may find them in the bathroom anyway. Anyway I tried to order some samples from beinggirl for my daughter and they never came. I tried twice and no luck. Unfortunately she found a specific pad (Always slender-pink ones) that she really likes because it fits her needs best especially since she flows very light (she started at age 9 and is now 11) and still prefers them. It's the Always Slender (pink ones) for young girls and teens (for light flows). She says the Always regular ones (yellow ones) are to much meaning that she's not heavy enough to use one of those. The Always slender ones are her favorite. Here's one link with testimonies on girls who prefer them over other ones. They have wings on them and the regular (yellow ones) have the choice for getting them with a personal wipe attached to each pad which is great for cleaning with each time a new pad is put on. They are called the combo packs. The combo ones are not available with the slender ones though. You can buy the Always wipes that are the same attached to pads in a separate box individually wrapped if you would want them. They only advertise the ones in a baby wipe tub on one of the links if you click on Feminine Cleansing Cloths

They also come in a thicker form but my daughter hasn't tried it. Here is a link with pictures to show you what the package looks like. http://www.always.com/en_ca/pages/common...

As far as your mom getting mad, my mom was a thrift store person and always bought the bargain stuff but I'm not sure why your mom would be mad. Maybe it's just her. I know I couldn't talk with my mom much and when I first started my period, she handed me a bunch of very small panty liners and then sent me off to the school bus. I leaked through and ended up in the school office and she was called. I thought she would take me home but no. I was worried that the kids would tease me about it. Anyway the office nurse gave me a normal pad and I loved it because it absorbed more. I asked my mom if she could please buy me a box after about my third period when I leaked and she came back with one package and a package of slender regular tampons. She had told my sister that if she didn't use tampons, my sister would have to buy her own pads. Anyway she just told me to read the directions and didn't say much about it. Good luck with this and I hope you can talk with your mom and if not that, then try your dad. My father from out of state was the one who gave me the talk when my mom refused to say anything to me and I was 12 when I started. I don't think my mom would have gotten mad at me. Actually she was pretty happy when I wanted to order a specific magazine for young teens. I wish I could remember the name (it will somehow come up) and then I can give it to you if I remember. I think it had the word young woman on it. Maybe someone here can help out with that part. Hope this helps.

It's a woman's hygiene product. There is nothing to be ashamed or paranoid about! Good for you for taking matters into your own hands.

why would your mom get mad at you for wanting to try different kinds of products?
she should be happy since they are free and she doesn't have to pay for things that you might not like and never use again, then be left with an entire package of basically useless products
it's probably just wrapped in brown paper or in a brown cardboard box, most packages are
and it will probably say something about what it is on the little sticker thing on the paper or box
but if it's delivered to your house then your mom will probably sign for it and naturally open it herself, then see what is inside

I've done it. It comes in a box that says Always on the outside and the back says Have a happy period. Always. lol.

it should come in a brown paper envolope...thats what my brothers free condom sample came in..haha i opened it beccause he thought it was headphone earbuds, but then im like WTFF! then again tampons and condoms are nearly opposite. sorry if i didnt help ;/
