What is this?? plz help!?!


Question: Ok, well i am constantly counting calories. I always look in the mirror and look @ my thighs b/c i think they are so big! im 13, 5'2, and 105 pounds. I always think i am fat and like never stop thinking about it. i have been in really bad moods lately and always excersise. i also dont sleep as much. Im trying not to eat aas much.also i always compare myself to my friends, and think omg they are so much skinnier than me. i hate going in bathing suits too. is this normal?

5-2 and 105 pounds is considered average. Just because your friends are skinnier then you doesn't mean they are in shape. I know of a person who eats alot yet is skinny. Of course you don't know if that person is healthy inside. He/she may have high cholesterol. Just make sure you eat a well balance meal. Counting calories takes up alot of time. Each portion, carbs(rice) and protein (chicken) and vegetables should be of equal size. Like the size of your fist. Space out your meals every 4 hours. replace bad foods with healthy foods. Drink lots of water, no soda and get plenty of sleep.

You're just fine. Your weight is fine. Exercise is always good -and remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so you can be quite heavy, but still be lean.

first of all, im 15, 5'4 and 128 pounds. i work out. its all muscle for me. 105 pounds is tiny, please you are fine.

It seems that you might not be perceiving your body the way it actually is. Mention this to someone? You sound healthy now, but it can escalate into Anorexia or other eating disorders, as ridiculous as that may sound. Someone to maybe steer you away from that would likely be helpful.

I had that same problem when I was your age. It is called being Anorexic and can become a very serious health problem. You should talk to your parents or school counselor and get some help and be able to see that you are actually too thin and just have a distorted view of your own body right now. It took counseling and medication for depression before I was better.

Im 14 and i weigh 100 and im 5'8(yeah im tall) i eat what ever I want ive eat a lot since i was little and i dont exersise I just dont ever gain weight dudee stop worrying your not fat.
