Being on the pill doesn't fix the reason that your periods were irregular in the first place, it just overrides it.

You can expect up to three months of abnormality when coming off the pill too.

If you are still having problems after three months, then you should see your doctor to find out why your periods are so irregular.

Hi! From what my own personal experience with birth control was I would say your body is trying to regulate. So I would say missing one is not a big deal. However, if you miss one again next month it can't hurt to give your doctor a call and see what they say. Hope everything works out!

if you were on them to regulate them thats what youll probably go back to but it maybe a month or two before you get it agian
