Lose weight. help please.?!


Question: i reall hate my weight right now.im 15 & i weigh 165 and i really wan to weigh 130. is there any way that i can lose it in two months? i know i know. im only 15. but im sick of looking like this im ready for some change. please help me. please.

Maybe not two months, but if you eat healthy, and exercise regularly everyday, and keep it up, you'll see durastic changes as time goes on. :)

Just eat healthy, and do little work outs before you go to bed. And you'll see major results, especially for summer :)

Do not go and do something drastic to your body. Your only 15 you should be exercising on a regular schedule and eat health and you will lose the weight.

You can safely lose about 8-10 pounds a month, but it takes efforts.

You need to eat properly and exercise. You should keep a food/exercise diary and note what you eat and how many calories it is, and also try to figure out the amount of calories you burned working out.

3500 calories = 1 pound. You should try and figure how you can either cut or burn working out 7000 calories a week. (essentially its 1000 calories a day.)

First of all become vegetarian & take helthy food with a lot of fibers in it. Do Yoga also, it really works. Be happy & dont worry about anything,everything will be fine very soon. Have positive attitude. OK. Take care.
