Listen I'm in med school now and vaginal bleeding is very normal after intercourse for the first time. Every woman has what is called a Hymen which is a mucous membrane that partially covers the entrance to the vagina. Typically when a female has never broken the membrane any other way the first experience of the penis entering the vagina can cause tearing of the hymen. This will cause bleeding in most cases. It is usually more painful the second time because it's like straining a muscle it doesn't hurt until you wake up the next day kind of thing?
